  • Full-Priced Items: You may return any full-priced item within 28 days of receiving your order.

  • Sale Items: You must notify us of your intent to return sale items within 14 days of delivery.

Warranty & Product Guarantee

Our products are crafted with the highest quality materials and attention to detail. To ensure customer satisfaction, we offer a 12-month warranty on all leather goods and accessories. This covers manufacturing defects but does not include damage due to normal wear and tear, improper use, or accidental damage.

Additional Information & Exceptions

Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags attached. Exceptions / Non-returnable items: Please note that we cannot accept returns on:

  • Personalized or custom-made items (e.g., monogrammed leather goods).

  • Gift cards.

How to Make a Return

  2. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for your convenience.

  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and drop it off at your nearest shipping center.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your full refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  • Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories included.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange a swift replacement or refund.

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
