These are the terms and conditions of use. The Website is operated by or on behalf of Omi Rose Ltd. (we, us and our). We are a limited company, registered in UK.
We are registered under company number 16040484. Registered office: 41 Devonshire Street, Ground floor, W1G 7AJ, London, UK. Our VAT number is 479013480.
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our Site and the purchase of products sold by us,(collectively referred to as “Products”).
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our Website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as any additional terms and policies that may apply to specific sections of the Website or to Products and services available through the Website.
2. Accuracy of Information
Each product is sold in accordance with its description and any additional information provided, such as size, color, estimated delivery times. Please note that the weights, dimensions, and capacities listed are approximate. We strive to present the colors of our products as accurately as possible on our Website. However, since the actual colors you see depend on your monitor settings, we cannot guarantee that the colors displayed on your screen will match the actual product color upon delivery.
We take reasonable care to ensure that all product details, descriptions, and prices are correct at the time they are uploaded to the Website. However, please be aware that this information may not always reflect the exact details when you place an order. Delivery times are estimated and cannot be guaranteed. Packaging may differ from the images shown. We reserve the right to cancel orders if there is an error in product information, pricing, or promotions.
We may update product pricing and availability without prior notice.
3. Pricing
The prices of Products will be as listed on our Website at the time of your order. We take all reasonable steps to ensure that prices shown are accurate when you place your order. If we discover an error before the goods are dispatched, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to either confirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If you cancel, we will refund or re-credit any amounts you have paid, including any charges to your credit card. Please note that if the pricing error is obvious and could reasonably have been recognized as a mistake, we are not required to provide the Products at the incorrect (lower) price.
Product prices may change over time, but any price changes will not affect orders we have already confirmed with a shipping confirmation email. Prices include VAT (where applicable), but we cannot refund VAT unless the full product price is refunded. If the VAT rate changes between your order date and the delivery date, we will adjust the VAT amount accordingly, unless you have already paid in full before the VAT change takes effect. Delivery charges are not included in the product price and you will see it separately on the checkout page.
4. Orders
You will be guided through the order process with simple instructions on our site.
Please be advised that placing an item in your basket does not secure it for you and it can still be purchased by another customer. We therefore suggest that you complete your order as soon as possible. Before finalizing your order, you will have the chance to review and make any necessary corrections. To place your order, simply click the Submit button at the end of the checkout process.
After placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Our acceptance of your order will take place when we email you to confirm that the products have been dispatched. We reserve the right to decline an order, which may occur if the items are out of stock, there is an issue with payment authorization, or if there is an error in product information, including pricing or promotions. If there are any issues with your order, we will contact you.
We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any product or service in an order, or to refuse service to any customer, without prior notice. Additionally, we may require verification of certain information before processing and shipping an order.
If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you must follow our Returns Policy.

5. Payments
By making a purchase with us, you confirm and guarantee that: any credit card information you provide is accurate, complete, and valid; your credit card company will authorize the charges you incur; and you will pay the total amount, including the listed prices, shipping fees, and any applicable taxes.
We accept payments via all major credit and debit cards, as well as popular services like Apple Pay, Google pay and PayPal. Please be aware that prices are subject to change without prior notice.
All payments are taken in British Pounds for orders placed through the UK version of the website. All purchases are inclusive of VAT (if applicable) at the prevailing rate. Payment for the Products and all applicable delivery charges is in advance.

7. Returns and Refunds
We hope you will love your Omi Rose purchase! However, should you change your mind, you have 28 days to send it back. Ensure the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with the original tags, gift wrap, accessories, dust bag and labels.We reserve the right to reject items outside of our policy and may return them to you. Please package your products securely in the original box and also include your order slip in the box. Return your package to us at the returns address provided by our Customer Service team. This policy doesn’t affect your statutory rights.
To initiate a Return and Refund, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@omirose.com. Please include the following information in your email:
order number
product codes and description of the product you wish to return
We will guide you through the return process and provide you with the free returns label.
We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your returned products. We will refund the basic cost of delivery (the cheapest standard delivery method we offer). We will not refund any extra cost if you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive type of standard delivery.
Please note that sale items have a different return period of 14 days, as detailed in our Returns Policy.
8. Warranty and Product Care
We take pride in the quality of our leather bags and cashmere accessories. Our products are made from premium materials and undergo strict quality control.
In addition to your statutory rights, we are pleased to offer a 12-month warranty on all our leather goods. This warranty covers manufacturing defects, such as hardware failure or stitching issues. If you find any material or manufacturing issues within this period, or if the goods are damaged during delivery, please contact us immediately at customerservice@omirose.com.
Please note that this warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, accidents, neglect, or natural wear and tear (including leather aging or scratching). For care instructions, please refer to the product care guidelines provided with each item. Proper care will help maintain the beauty and longevity of your leather and cashmere products.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this Website, including but not limited to images, logos, text, and product designs, is owned or licensed by Omi Rose Ltd and is protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to use any of the content on this website for commercial purposes without our express permission.

Omi Rose isn’t responsible for any loss or damage that might occur if you fail to protect your password or account.
