Shipping Destinations We offer international shipping to most countries worldwide. Please note that certain restrictions may apply (see below for details).

Delivery Times

  • United Kingdom (Standard): Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days.

  • Europe (Standard): Estimated delivery within 5-10 business days.

  • International (Standard): Estimated delivery within 10-15 business days.

  • Customised Items: Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for processing.

We aim to process all orders within 2 business days. Please note that our team operates Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping Costs (Launch Offer) To celebrate our official launch, we are pleased to offer Complimentary Standard Shipping on all orders worldwide for a limited time. No minimum spend is required.

  • United Kingdom: Free Standard Shipping. Express shipping is currently unavailable.

  • Europe & International: Free Standard Shipping.

Order Tracking All orders come with tracking details, ensuring you can monitor your parcel every step of the way. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Returns & Refunds We offer a 28-day return policy for eligible items. For full details on conditions and how to process a return, please refer to our Returns Policy Page. Important: We cannot change the shipping address once an order has been placed. Please double-check all details carefully during checkout to avoid issues.

Shipping Restrictions We are unable to ship to PO Boxes, military, or protected areas. Any delivery fees incurred from failed attempts to deliver to such restricted areas will be the responsibility of the customer.

Taxes & Duties

  • United Kingdom: All taxes and duties are included in the price of the item.

  • EU Countries: Sales tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The amount depends on the total order value, shipping and handling fees, and your shipping address. Eligible countries include: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

  • International Orders (including Switzerland): Please note that shipping and handling charges do not include any additional customs duties, taxes, or fees. Items entering foreign locations may be subject to customs inspections and assessments in accordance with local regulations. These costs are beyond our control and are the responsibility of the customer.
